I have never been in India. I don't think it's the place for me but it looks amazing. Is it safe to travel alone over there? Do you travel alone or with someone else?
India is not an easy country and certainly not for everyone. But I appreciate the diversity of people, their culture, food and the vastness of the country. I visited India four times now. Like in any other country you have to be cautious in some parts of the city or at night. The people are very helpful and you will surprised how many people speak English. I usually travel alone and that was never a problem. A foreign woman travelling alone is acceptable for most Indians.
I definitely recommend a visit. It will be an experience you never forget...
