Closer to the city centre the neoclassicism buildings pop-up. The neoclassical architecture dates back to the 19th century and the Stalin period.     Some of the landscape in particular looks so impressive, it’s a really beautiful city. I haven’t visited much of Eastern Europe, but I do really want to now

      Hola,

      The National Botanical gardens is uphill and right next to the city centre. Form here you have an amazing view of the city. The architecture is an unique mix of eastern and western architecture. Definitely worth a visit.
