Krakow is located in southern Poland, a city near the Czech Republic Border. Krakow is famous for its medieval historic centre and Jewish quarter. Most famous is the old town of Krakow. The market square, Rynek Glówny, is the central place of Krakow.

In the middle of the square is the Cloth Hall. Or in Polish it’s named Sukiennice. In the 15th century Sukiennice was an international trade center. At this hall locals could buy a variety of imports from Eastern countries like silk, leather and spices. The Kraków Cloth hall dates back to the renaissance and is now a popular landmark in the Old City centre. At the ground floor you can go shopping for Polish souvenirs at the indoor market. On the first floor of the hall is the Sukiennice Museum.

The best thing about a citytrip is to walk around, feel the vibe of a new place, watch people go by and get lost. And take to many photos of course. Here is a selection of the 600 photos I’ve taken so you can explore Krakow with these pictures.
