Welcome to In the worlds jungle genral termsn and conditions.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern every purchase of my digital travel prints, travel planners and travel itineraries (“Products”) through my WooCommerce store at intheworldsjungle.com (“Site”). By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all orders placed by a visitor via the webshop of In the worlds jungle.

Article 1: General provisions
The e-commerce website of https://intheworldsjungle.com/, a sole-proprietorship with its registered office at Sint-Antoniusstraat 26 bus 201, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium,
VAT BE0758.970.461, RPR 0758.970.461 (hereinafter “[In the worlds jungle]”) provides its customers with the option of buying products from its webshop.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to all orders placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). When placing an order via the webshop of In the worlds jungle, Customer must explicitly accept these Terms, whereby Customer agrees to the applicability of these Terms with the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional Customer conditions are excluded, except when explicit accepted beforehand in writing by In the worlds jungle.
All items sold on the Site are digital files only (e.g., high‑resolution JPG, PDF, Canva templates).
No physical items are produced or shipped.
Article 2: Price
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include Belgian VAT where applicable.
Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
You are responsible for any bank charges or currency‑conversion fees.
Article 3: Availability
Despite the fact that the online catalogue and e-commerce website are assembled with the utmost care, it is still possible that information may be incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the product selection are not binding for In the worlds jungle. With respect to the accuracy and completeness of the provided information, In the worlds jungle is solely bound to obligation of means. In the worlds jungle is in no way liable in event of obvious material or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about for instance sizes, colour, availability, delivery terms or method, we ask the Customer to contact us in advance by sending us an email to [email protected]
The product selection is valid while stocks last and may at any time be changed or withdrawn by In the worlds jungle. In the worlds jungle cannot be held liable for the non-availability of a product. If an offer is for a limited duration or subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Article 5: Delivery of the digital downloads
Download links appear immediately on the order‑confirmation screen and are e‑mailed to you within minutes.
Links remain active for 30 days and may be downloaded unlimited unless otherwise stated.
Please store a backup copy; we are not obliged to replace lost files after the access period.
Article 6: Licence & Permitted Use
Unless a specific licence is included with the Product, the following terms apply:

Article 7: No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
Because all Products are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you experience technical issues with a file, e‑mail us within 7 calendar days of purchase; we will make reasonable efforts to help you access a working copy.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
All Products, Site content, trademarks and branding remain the sole property of In the worlds jungle. Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the digital file as described in Section 6. No intellectual‑property rights are assigned or sold.

- verifying that file formats (e.g., .JPG, .PDF, Canva) meet your needs before purchase.
We do not guarantee compatibility with specific printers, devices or software versions.

The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups shall serve as furnishing of proof.
Article 16: Applicable law – jurisdiction
Belgian law is applicable with the exception of the stipulations of private international law with respect to applicable law and with the exception of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Unless the Customer is a consumer, only the courts of the In the worlds jungle district have jurisdiction in the case of any disputes.
